Big "O" Birding Festival Registration

FESTIVAL REGISTRATION

Please print and complete the Registration Form and return it with payment of choice to the Festival office.
In order to keep our costs down, no confirmations will be sent. If a requested Field Trip is filled, you will be contacted to allow you to make a 2nd choice.
PLEASE -- Use only ONE registration form for each person. The blank Registration Form may be duplicated if necessary.
NO telephone registrations will be accepted.
All registrations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please select a first and second choice for your Field Trips and Lectures. Every effort will be extended to place you in your first choice selection.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are attending the Welcome Reception or Keynote Dinner and you are a vegetarian, please let us know.
PLEASE NOTE: Field Trips may have limited participation. Additional tours will be scheduled based on demand.
Lectures and Tours, except for the Friday "Kids Are For the Birds" events will be held at the Doyle Conner Building.
All trips will originate from the Doyle Conner Building.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

The Festival Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel an Event for any reason. Should that unlikely occurrence become necessary, you will be registered for your second choice Event. Notification of Event cancellation/change will be done as timely as possible. Refunds will be made only on request.

Registrations may be cancelled by telephone, in writing or by fax following an established refund policy
